Can I cancel my Oddbox subscription? +
Yes, you can cancel your Oddbox subscription through your Oddbox account. Oddbox says cancellations must be made before the cut-off time, which is 9:00pm, 3 days before your delivery is due, if you do not want to receive the next box.
Can I pause or skip an Oddbox delivery? +
Yes, you can skip a delivery through your Oddbox account. Log in, go to the Manage Box tab and choose the skip delivery option. Skips must be added before the cut-off time.
How many weeks can I skip? +
Oddbox says customers can currently skip up to 6 consecutive calendar weeks through their account. For longer skips, customers should contact the Oddbox Customer Happiness Team.
Can I choose my Oddbox delivery day? +
Oddbox delivers to certain postcodes on set delivery days to help keep emissions low, so you may not be able to choose your delivery day. You can still skip a delivery or change your subscription frequency if needed.
