The park is usually open 10am to 5pm every day, and 10am to 4pm in winter. It stays open through winter, although it closes one day a week between November and February, and is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Yes, families can feed the animals using the farm’s own animal feed. Feed costs £1 token per cup and is suitable for the larger animals. Visitors should not bring their own food for the animals.

Yes, there is a café on site serving hot drinks, hot and cold food, and kids’ lunch boxes. On busy days there may be a wait for a table, and hot food is usually served until around 4pm.
