The experience lasts 90 minutes, but families should arrive around 20 minutes before their booked start time to allow enough time for check-in and the required safety waiver.

Because teams are made up of 2 to 5 players, it is worth planning your group size before booking. For children up to 14 years old, at least one accompanying adult is required for every group of four children.
