Can I pay by cash on the Theme Park? +
No, but at the ticket office you can load money onto a Resort Card to use in the Theme Park.
Is there an onsite shop? +
Yes, there is a shop on-site that is open during the Devon School Break.
Are dogs allowed? +
Guide dogs are permitted in the park, although they cannot ride the rides with visitors due to safety concerns. As long as they are left with a group member and not left unsupervised, guide dogs may go with their owners all the way to the loading point.
Can I smoke? +
At Crealy Theme Park & Resort, smoking is not permitted. Anyone who wants to smoke can do so in a specified location that is strategically placed. This also includes the use of e-cigarettes.
Baby Change & Feeding facilities +
As seen on the park map, there are baby changing facilities in all toilets around the park. Across from the entrance to the Adventure Zone is a baby changing station with a feeding space. In order to get directions, kindly ask a team member.
